Description Chris Kutler 2003-11-03 20:51:24 UTC
As windows likes to use blanks in path names, it
is likely that people will try to use XML or XSL
files with blanks in the path name.

When users do this, the IDE doesn't emit any error
messages but it does nothing. This makes it hard
for the users to figure out what the problem is.

It would be nice if the ide emitted a message
explaining the problem.

I thing it's NOW covered by issue 32594.

Thank you!

I am reopening the issue because 32594 was originally reported as a
DTD problem that has already been fixed.
Comment 3 Milan Kuchtiak 2004-02-05 16:07:21 UTC
It's a Xerces bug.
See : <http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18803>

The Xerces bug has already been fixed for XML files, but not for XSD
schema files.
Comment 4 Milan Kuchtiak 2004-02-05 16:11:38 UTC
As the bug was reported for XML and XSL files the
<http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18803>
fix resolved this.

Fixed a long time ago.
