The new windowing system is not part of projects. It means that switching of projects per se doesn't affect the window system layout. The new window system doesn't remember open editors in a project. It means, when a project is closed, all document windows (that contain editors/viewers) of objects in the project are closed too, and no document windows are opened at the same time from the newly open project. But, switching of projects can affect the window system layout secondarily. For example, if a project is switched when a form document window is focused, then closing the project closes the form document which then closes the form window set. The result is modified layout. Nevertheless, the important point is that none window system settings are stored in a project. |
