See the URL for the discussion running and
publishing a run from the XTest Instance for a
non-ide product.
(Slightly easier than running the driver for a
non-ide product).

Currently the instance only updates the
xmlresults/testreport.xml with taskdef testruninfo.

Request is to create the complete testreport.xml
file from scratch if one does not already exist
with taskdef reportinfo.
