An exception is thrown in the Term constructor - the
fontsize fix assumes TextArea.font returns non-null.

I have fixed this issue in the trunk - it should be 
merged into the 3.5 ML branch ASAP.  Leaving the issue
open since I will be out of the office when it needs
to be merged, to make sure this issue gets noticed.

Dafe, passing this to you since I'll be on vacation.  The fix should
probably go into the 3.5 branch ASAP - it's already in the trunk.

Marking as fixed, and wondering what it's doing still open.  It *is*
fixed in the trunk.  Dafe, *was* it integrated into 3.5 while I was on
vacation?
