I could not found a documentation describing what
is the meaning of different files and directories
on the project file system suplied by my nature.

Every module that is reading something from the
project filesystem should document that (I suggest
to use NbArch questions
http://www.netbeans.org/download/dev/javadoc/OpenAPIs/arch/openide-windowsystem.html#group-dtd
and define own group of interfaces "nature").

I somehow feel that missing documentation is a major obsticle and
missing part of some functionality - not just some task to be yet
done, but a problem that has to be solved if some other tasks are to
be finished. That is why I made this a bug. If you do not think that
the priority is the right one, feel free to adjust it. But I think
this issue should be solved prior to first release of projects.
