Run a rmiregistry on the default port externally
(by the rmiregistry program), then open Local
Registry dialog (by the 'Local Registry' action on
RMI registry node) and click to a start button. A
dialog saying 'Cannot create a local registry'
appears without any description or clarification
of the reason. IMO a message or exception should
be also provided. The best way to me seems to be
showing an annotation exception.
