Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Go to NB Beta Update Center
2. Expand Web Applications folder
3. There is a module:

   JSTL Jsp Standard Tag Library

  w/ description:

  Installs the JSP Standard Tag LIbrary into ....

Please notice that there is a typo: LIbrary
(capital L, capital I)

Expected result:

Fixed in the code, now should be uploaded to autoupdate.

JSTL module is a regular part of IDE in 4.0.
The name and the descriptions are correct there.

Well, there are now two JSTL modules: JSTL 1.0 and 1.1. JSTL 1.1 is a
part of the build, but 1.0 is not. Did you also check 1.0 ?
