Here is the bad Question dialog
Scheduled for 4.0 If I understand well, it means that installing to the same directory where another existing installation of NetBeans is causes this dialog. This behavior was replaced by checking of emptiness of the target directory - it works well in 3.6. -- Marking as Fixed.
