It means to implement methods load/save of
WindowManagerImpl.

1) loading
a) call Persistence.loadWindowSystem method
b) from retrieved WindowManagerConfig structure
(and its substructures),
create create all winsys components (modes,
topcomponents, topcomponent sets) and feed the model.

2) saving
a) from actual model state will create
WindowConfig structure (and its substructures),
b) call Persistence.saveWindowSystem method and
pass there the structure.
