Open the Setup Wizard's help window.  Click the
print settings
button.  A dialog opens.  Cancel the dialog.  The
help window 
also closes.

FWIW this is definitely platform specific - works fine on WinXP.
Maybe fixed in newer JavaHelp?

Tim, could you check this again? If the problem still exists with JH
2.0, we may want to file a bug and see if you can get it addressed in
a JH bug-fix release.

No problem with JH 2.0 it seems.
