official project API.

Sorry, mostly I do user docs, not architectual docs. I'd be glad to
proofread them once they're produced, though.

The unwanted API has been removed, byt I've added the reference for
'friend' API anyway. Some modules are accessing classes in projects
module even if they have never been declared as public API.
