Describe architecture of openide-deprecated 
by answering
NetBeans Arch Questions as described at

http://openide.netbeans.org/tutorial/api.html

Because the deprecated.jar is also part of build
even just for compatibility purposes.

I have added javadoc target to openide/deprecated/build.xml
