I found this problem in Sol8 environment.
I've never seen this in my Windows desktop.

To Reproduce:

  - Start tnameserv.
  - Bind New Context with any name.
      Context Name is appeared correctly, even if
      I input Japanese characters as Bind name,
      in this step.
  - Create New Context as Japanese [Name:] and
English [Kind:].
      New Context is created with no errors.
      But, Context name is indicated in 
      incorrect Japanese characters.

Not a showstopper for Nevada/NB3.5. Reassigning Target Milestone to
"future".

Should be fixed in the next release.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
