Description fvramos 2002-11-25 19:59:31 UTC
I have a Compaq 1525EA (2.4GHz, 256MB, winXP home edition)
and netbeans works well. But when I close netbeans, all
system hangs, frozen. I have tried an older version and
the newest one of the IDE, and it is the same. In my 2 PCs
(home and office) it works fine. At home I have a P2 350
with XP and it works fine... Any ideas?

Are you sure that ide is frozen? I don't see any problem in thread
dump. Can you see any window of netbeans? Is it correctly repainted?

If I am right, your note has an ATI videocard. Please look on issue
#28811 for possible explanation and workaround. Close this bug as
duplicate of issue #28811 if the problem match.

So, I guess your problem is that I described. I will close this bug as
INVALID (it is bug of JDK not NetBeans). Reopen if you disagree.
