Development build #200211130100 of NetBeans 4.0
Windows 2000 with FCS build #21 of JDK 1.4.1

Description:
============
Three dots are not appended to menu items if user
turns on "Advanced Options" filesystem property.
This may be confusing since holding CTRL key does
the trick.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem.
2. Turn on "Advanced Options" property of the
filesystem.
3. Right click the filesystem and expand "CVS"
submenu.
4. There is no item containing "..." text.
