Unfortunately since XTest contains also 3rd party libraries with different licenses than SPL, we need to provide 'accept license' page for each download, which is AFAIK not possible via Files link. I even think the situation that jemmy downloads via Files links are missing SPL license is bad and should be corrected. I'm going to check this with some legal expert. Hi Martin, Interesting. Would it be possible for files to go to a static html page that provided a pointer to the user where to find the download link? I see on the jemmy page that Shura seems able to provide text information on the files page, but perhaps it is not happy if no files are provided? In this case you could perhaps just provide some dummy file like a Readme or something... Steve, I'll check how files link stuff works with the guys here, but since all the files stuff is done dynamically by netbeans.org portal, I'm afraid this would not be possible. But I'll ask Jack Catchpool as well. Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verify. Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing. |
