I had the XSL module disabled (don't like to have
httpserver on). I right-clicked
openide/api/doc/changes/apichanges.xml and
selected Edit Scenarios... and an NPE was thrown.
After enabling the XSL module, this just gave a
dialog box saying "no scenario types registered
for this file type" without throwing an exception.
(Not sure what the dialog box *means* but at least
it does not look like an error.)
