The projects overview document should have a
section describing how to create a build target
which can be linked from another project. This
includes the description of the Recognizer
registration and use of the support classes.

What's the status of this? Does the DevGuide need to be updated or
should be this covered in API overview. I will definitely describe it
(including the details) in overview which I'm planning to write. But
this task is probably about mentioning it in DevGuide as a concept?
