Could you please donwload and test the JEP app from http://editor.netbeans.org/doc/KeyboardIssues/KeyboardIssues.html whether it will work the same way there? Thank you. I just tested the JEP editor : There was no problem in JEP to type in curly brace or other characters. Fred Hi, I think this is a known problem. I think it is caused by Apple JDK.
