Main netbeans window (editor, toolviews) flashing during fast scrolling with mouse wheel or PGUP/PGDOWN, sometimes bottom toolviews flashing 1-2 sec after stop scrolling. After stop scrolling (see attachment screenshot) screen leaves damaged. You need to fold/unfold main window to make it normal. There are no way to introduce it, but to increase artefact probability you need to scroll large C++ file (hard to on-fly parsing, e.g. some large std header file), and run garbage collector before. The effect is actual for Netbeans 8.2 too.
