Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_141
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.141-b15

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
Click on Tools --> Servers.
Click on Add Server
Select Tomcat and click next.

ACTUAL:
Error Message pops up. Unable to attach screenshot of error as no options provided in this form.

EXPECTED:
Connection to Tomcat
