Tools -> Editor -> Folding

Neither Javascript, nor "All Languages" offers the option to collapse functions and methods by default. It is is currently only offered for PHP.

The offered options are not useful for our style and projects, being able to collapse functions would be very helpful a big step forward for the IDE.
