The right click menu does not stay open long enough to select the right-click menu options in Netbeans. In fact, it only flashes for few milliseconds. No matter where I right click inside Netbeans, the pop-up menu only flashes. Sometimes the pop-up menu stays open long and that is after trying to right click 100 times. Does anyone know what is happening here?

I can hold ctrl + left click then it will work but it seems everytime I do right click, the scroll is moving up or down. How do I fix this because right clicking on anything outside of NetBean works fine.
