When the cursor is positioned somewhere in the editor, and then vertical scrolling is started, within a certain timeframe or number of lines (not sure which) the page snaps back to the cursors position, but only once. After that first snap back to the cursor, the page scrolling seems to respond correctly, until the next time the cursor is placed, and then the same thing will happen again upon scrolling up or down the page. It's very consistently reproducible for me, and didn't exist in 8.1 (and it's starting to drive me a little crazy:).

Same thing happens on Windows 8.1 machines, to my colleague and me. First we thought we have a broken mouse, but this jumping only occurs in NetBeans 8.2.
