Summary:	主要是每次有编辑的时候，如果编辑错误后，有很大概率出现，ctrl + home 快捷键无法返回文档顶部的情况，ctrl + q 快捷键回到的上一次编辑的位置时上次编辑的位置不在文档中间，这两个问题已经影响了我们的开发

再现性: 每次都发生

主要是每次有编辑的时候，如果编辑错误后，有很大概率出现，ctrl + home 快捷键无法返回文档顶部的情况，ctrl + q 快捷键回到的上一次编辑的位置时上次编辑的位置不在文档中间，这两个问题已经影响了我们的开发
