The selected text in the popup cannot be copied.

Given code that has changed, you can click on the blue bar on the left to get some context options to revert the change or open up a diff window, etc. You can also select the previous version of the code in the popup. IIRC, after selecting, I used to be able to copy it, either by right-clicking, or ctrl-c.

That is not possible now.  So the only way to get the text is to revert the change, then copy it, then reapply the change.
