Hi,
yesterday I had situation after I used Projects tree->Git->Reset... and all, not only the file I selected, has been reverted to HEAD version and all my changes was lost.

Of course there is local history updated every time I press Ctrl+S, but I found that all changes made in NB by refactoring (global rename of class member function) is not taken into account. 
Don't you think changes made in project files, not by user, but IDE, should also be saved in history?
