再現性: 毎回発生

STEPS:
  * 日本語を入力します
  * Ctrl+Homeボタンを押します

ACTUAL:
  それまではページトップに移動できていたが、できなくなります
  ファイルを開きなおすと移動するようになりますが、上記手順を踏むとまた移動できなくなります。

EXPECTED:
  特になし

STEPS:
* Opening a source file.
* Type to Double-byte character.
* Go to most end of the file then press to Ctrl+End key.
* But press Ctrl+Home key is not working (Evidently move cursor only).
