Reproducibility: Happens every time


The jnlp-impl.xml  in the nbproject directory was re-written and a backup make. However the encoding doesn't match that of the project - I think it just uses UTF-8 this produces an encoding error when running ant from the command line

Our project use the native build.

C:\KEN\BDRM\nbproject\jnlp-impl.xml:309: Failed to copy C:\KEN\BDRM\manifest.mf to C:\KEN\BDRM\build\manifest.mf due to java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException ${manifest.encoding}

This was the error being produced

I have the same problem with released version of 8.2. Am going back to try 8.1.
