From the test case:
1. Press Ctrl + Space to invoke code completion at possition of |."
2. "Items from background-possition, background-repeat or color should be proposed. Select bottom item and press Enter."
3. "Bottom should be completed, press Space and invoke code completion again.
4. "The list of items should be reduced - no bottom and no top items from background-possition should be on the list."

Except the list say no suggestions. However, if I start typing, (eg pad) I get the list of possible values. If I start typing bot, bottom doesn't appear. Neither do top (if I start typing to).
