Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23

Воспроизводимость: Происходит всегда

Шаги:
 1) create JS project without NetBeans, fill it with libraries for creating node_modules folder
 2) add this project into NetBeans
 3) starting background project scan

Текущий результат:
 1) it is scanning whole the folder of project, include node_modules - it is very, very slow

Ожидаемый результат:
 1) node_modules folder must be excluded from background scan
