In the "[Web Client] HTML5 project" test suite from synergy, in the "Update libraries" test case, it says:
1. Go to Project Properties (right click on project) and select JavaScript files category
2. Label shows "Updated: never" 

This label doesn't exist. I can install libs through bower though. The CDNJS section is empty. The HTML5 project was created from the AngularJS template.

It may be just the test case that is outdated.

Yes, this is the new way of handling JS libraries.
