Created a new user-account "tauner87" and the login was successfull. After some days, the user-account doesn´t work and we got the message "Account is not valid".
What´s wrong here?

Ps.:
Password-Forgotten-Mail brings the same errormessage.

Fixed. Please give a try now. The account was blacklisted for some reason. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for your understanding.
