Description: 
I think I've seen this on all supported platforms, but there doesn't seem to be 
a consistently reproducable set of steps to make it occur.  It just happens 
frequently that when bringing up the Monitor, the window title appears as "HTTP 
Monitor 1 [HTTP Monitor]" instead of just simply "HTTP Monitor".  There's no 
ill effect from the wrong title, but it should eventually be fixed for 
thoroughness.

Evaluation: 
This is the bug from hell. We've tried everything. It's recently gotten worse 
again.

This will go away when the monitor is docked.
