System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Steps to reproduce:

I have an open source project named Art Of Illusion cloned from SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/aoi/
Locally I create NB java project with existed sources and add to it all */src pathes
Then I invoke Add Override annotation Inspect And Transform with Current зroject scope

Once the I&T completes it gives me some classes broken
