In the modules listing of options and setup
wizard, the word Welcome Screen is not localizable
due to its value not being in an OpenIDE key
in bundle file of welcome.jar.

Also, there is not a description in the setup 
wizard's description field for it.

Jan, could you please apply my patch for release34? In my environment
there is description in description field. There is entry in bundle
for long and short descritpion. Thanks.

oops, forgot to commit in the new Bundle.properties.
Thanks to continious build & Richard Gregor for discovering that!
