Image with result of "No space"

How limited person can manipulate to change "Gaps Around Component" from (Box to Edit Layout Space) option. To change some Gap (Left, Right, Top and Bottom) from "No space" to editable Gap and vice versa (from some value in editable Gap to disabled Gap with "No space" message)?

It Is different: enabled and editable Gap = 0 with disabled and noneditable Gap with "No space" message.

Remember: Drag & drop is not option.
