I just checked the archive:
http://www.netbeans.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=api-changes
and last mail there is from May, I know there were
changes since then so it means that the sigtest is
not working.

Please fix it as soon as possible, otherwise some
incidental API changes could get into release34.
