Created attachment 158458 [details] The pictorial view of problem If I place some invalid groovy code in grails controller, Netbeans does not report any error. Attached example screen-shot clearly shows this scenario. See this line in show action of controller: This is not a vilid groovy code and netbeans is happy with it
