When NetBeans 8.1 is upgraded to NetBeans 8.1 Patch 1 there is a link in the "Help
> About" dialog to a not existing Wiki page [1] with information about 8.1 patches. This must be fixed prior to going public with NetBeans 8.1 Patch 1.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Install NetBeans IDE 8.1.
2. Go to "Tools > Plugins > Settings".
3. Edit "NetBeans Distribution" Update Center and change its URL to [2].
4. Switch to "Updates" tab, select all updates and click "Update" button.
5. Follow installation process and let it restart IDE at the end.
6. After restart, invoke "Help > About".
7. In the dialog click "NetBeans 8.1 Patch 1".

Expected: Web browser is opened and page containing useful information about NetBeans 8.1 Patch 1 is displayed.

Actual: Web browser is opened with empty page and "There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, search the related logs, or edit this page." error message.
