I can't submit/report any Issue using the IDE Report, the warning/info message "Missing Reproducibility" never disappears. I can't figure it out how do I have to write it

This is the Description Area:
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_66
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.66-b17

Reproducibility: bla bla bla!!

isn't there a combo box called 'Reproducibility:" between 'Target Milestone' and 'URL:' ?
