Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.66-b17

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Start Clean and Build
  * Build fails

ACTUAL:
  Error creating webstartable binary. module org.objectweb.asm.all cannot be found

EXPECTED:
  Build completes successfully.
