This was originally requested by Jean K. The current file can be compiled by pressing F9. That's fine. But sometimes user needs full preprocessor output for the current file. 

So it would be fine to have a "Preprocess File" menu item (say, in Tools submenu).

"Send to" does not work very well for this, because there is currently no way of passing correct compiler options there.
