File browser window is not shown when clicking button that will open file browser from a form while IDE is in full screen mode

Replication :
1. Load Netbeans 8.1 IDE
2. Go full screen by clicking the green circle button at top left of IDE window
3. Go to menu->tools->plugin
4. click downloaded tab
5. click add plugin
6. -> no file browser window is shown

Not that file browser window is normally shown when not in full screen mode

OS : OS X 10.11.1
Java : Oracle 1.8.0.65
