Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201507060001)
Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_45
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.45-b02

Usually the Java EE package installer recognizes GlassFish. Install GlassFish is checked but grayed.
Today, it was checked, but not grayed. In the screen showing the GlassFish folder, NetBeans alerted "Folder not empty".

It seems, this funny bug pops up every new NetCAtT game... ;-)

Same problem with netbeans-trunk-nightly-201507140001-javaee-windows.exe
