This is a warning as you are changing the wildfly installation directory. But since you didn't update the configuration file you are still using the old one (from 8.2.0 I assume). I tried adding a new server, not change an existing server. What needs to be done to get this working OOTB? Could you try with the nightly build ? I was not able to reproduce this issue.
