I am using Netbeans v 8.02 with Ubuntu 15.04. I am facing a problem with horizontal scroll using touch pad it's working great with other application like (Chrome, Firefox ... etc) except when I try it with Netbeans it never response.

I see this also on OSX with 20150915 nightly. JDK 1.8.0_60

Didn't notice it before. Must have been working in 8.1beta because Apple only fixed crash bug with Java scroll bars this week.
