Trivial first issue:

When signing up to netbeans.org, there's a "I Accept" button. But there is nothing to accept ;-)

You're confirming that the data you entered is correct. So, would it be correct if "I accept" were to say "I confirm" instead?

Hmm, it's just that usually "I accept" is accompanying a link to a terms and conditions document, and I'm sure that using the bugtracker involves accepting such terms, especially given that this is an Oracle sponsored platform :)

Yes, I guess that "I confirm" would remove that confusion.
