web.jsf.editor.hints.ComponentUsagesChecker calls getAttribute with name equals null. Sending to web.jsf for investigate how theirs attrb can have null as name. Thanks.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
