jkovalsky: I removed registered Web Logic Server and then invoked "Add server..." on "Services > Servers" node again. This exception was thrown instead of the wizard.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce it. Did you removed server on disk or in the IDE or both? The issue is related to FS listener on domain.

Yes, I removed the WLS from IDE, then removed it from disk and then installed the WLS once again into the same location. Then I tried to register it back into the IDE.
